And Pico de Gallo is not just tomatoes. I got to have a real live burrito today. It may sound ridiculous, but anything familiar with home is wonderful. It tasted so similar to Qdoba that I could almost sense the 100 degree heat you all are feeling. I also pictured the one Qdoba right by campus (Okla State) and think that skipping a class for Mexican was always a good idea (which never happened parents, yeah right). I was also witnessing a Kiwi try one for the first time ever, that's right EVER. That is a minor tragedy in my book, although I may have said something more along the lines of sinning, but I am a bit over dramatic (don't even think about singing that song). That is my short post for today, to bed! Have a great day, especially Becca Simons! Happy Birthday!
I thought I would post some fun pictures I took/edited on my ipod, thanks to all the awesome free applications. Enjoy!
Above is a picture of a dormant volcano.

A beautiful skyline of Auckland, where I am working.

One of Daniel's Indian residents at the hospital was in love with enchiladas, but always forgot their name. He would ask for "you know...the folded bread with the cheese and meat?"
PS - thanks for the follow!
